Pink ribbon bows are created from a variety of different types of materials. Cotton, rayon, and satin are among the most common. Polyester sometimes is uses as well.
Although numerous bows are created from one material, several varieties are made from a blend of materials. For instance, a certain type of rayon grosgrain is often mixed with cotton to create the right type of fabric for certain Breast Cancer Awareness Month crafts.
